Our story
Built one wedding at a time
Shami Billa started A One Catering in Hoshiarpur more than 25 years ago, cooking for weddings and family functions in the city and the villages around it.
Word spread the way it does in Punjab: through the people who ate at one wedding and booked us for the next. Today we cook for functions of every size across Punjab and into the Himachal hills, from house parties to large wedding receptions.
The kitchen has grown and the menus have changed with the times. What hasn't changed is that every booking still goes through Shami Billa, and every function is cooked fresh by our own team.
